How far along? 37 weeks 4 days
Symptoms: swollen feet and ankles, tired more and harder to move around. Add in the headache (for almost 3 weeks now) that hasn't gone away completely (some days are better then others). More heartburn type feeling... I now avoid pizza and spaghetti sauce type food cause both have made me throw up the last week : (
Stretch marks? I don't think so
Weight Gain: I think still close to 30...I keep trying to eat more but I worry about throwing up or it makes me sick to eat much
Sleep? sleep is a joke now. I told Jeff that I look at our bed and sleep as my own personal hell HAHA I just never know if I will be able to sleep (some nights are okay enough and others are miserable). I have found and reinvented new ways of propping myself up or sleeping on my side and always have a heated rice sock close at hand for my head/neck.
Best moment this week? watching the girls move, having my parents in town now and watching my little three year old nephew talk to my belly and say hello to the girls and introduce himself and try to feel them move.
Movement? they still are moving pretty good...I can feel them from my ribs to my pelvis so they are definitely longer/bigger.
Food Cravings? nothing : ( hehe I'm basically on eat because I know I should mode
Gender? baby girls
What I miss? Nothing compared to where I am but man I hope the headache leaves when they get here (Dr B isn't willing to make any promises though he says that tension headaches usually do)
What I'm looking forward to? at this point probably just finally meeting the girls (skipping over the labor and delivery hehe) and having them home.
What I will miss? feeling and seeing them move. Being able to care for them simply by eating, sleeping and doing my usual stuff (I'm more scared and nervous of caring for a baby much less two).
Milestones: I have an appointment tomorrow with Dr B and if I'm still moving in the direction of labor on my own (last appointment I was dialated to a 2 and 50-75% effaced --I can't remember--) then he plans to schedule to have me induced for the 30th. I wanted to go until January before but I am definitely ready to be done now at this point.

OMG! I had to re-read your post because I couldn't remember when you were due and just realized the 30th was yesterday!!! You had your baby girls! Hope you are doing well and send an update soon!
